Our Policy

This warranty covers battery for 6 months and charger for 3 months and parts are cover for 1 years.

The Warranty covers you solely against manufacturing faults. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: consumable items are not included as part of your warranty such as: 

Inner tubes


Rubber footrest



Brake cables

Brake pads


Rubber bungs

Use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to heavy rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.

General wear and tear, accidental or crash damage or damage from aggressive riding, water damage, exceeding the weight limit or anything else that results in damage due to misuse by the rider is not covered. If the issues are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and any shipping costs. All warranty claim decisions are final.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our warranty is only for parts; any repair costs are not covered. for repairs and maintenance and we are happy to provide customers with any additional information for via phone or email. We may replace warranty parts free of charge at our store, but it will be the customer's responsibility to bring the scooter to us and have it collected. For warranty parts replacement you will have to be booked in advance with us first and cannot be done on while you wait basis.

How It Works

You have 7 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return the item. To obtain a full refund, the product must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging. Simple send us email requesting for return or exchange.
You must keep your receipt for proof of purchase, NO RECEIPT ,NO REFUND
